Strongman also known as strength athletics is a type of weightlifting. Based on developing maximal functional strength, strongman has grown in popularity in recent years and has seen specifically dedicated facilities now open. Strongman training is often based mainly on compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts and overhead press.

On the other hand, competitions involve moving generally awkward objects from one point to another. Competitors have to take part in a variety of staples defined by the event, the competitor who has successfully lifted the most weight across all staples is then crowned as the winner.

Following the initial conversation with our client we create a bespoke gym design taking in count all of their challenges and requirements. Then liaising with the client we will discuss the design until they are satisfied we the design and the products. Once the design is signed off we will then source the products and come to site to install any of the bespoke items.

Our ERA-FIT Racks and Rigs, Sleds and all other products are manufactured in the UK or in Ireland. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and are also proud to keep our manufacturing local without outsourcing to the middle east as may do some of our competitors. This allows us to maintain excellent workmanship and monitor quality control closer than if our products were manufactured elsewhere.
